Turkey Shoot

Here are some pictures from our recent elders quorum turkey shoot (shoot clay pigeons, winner gets a turkey). Needless to say, I won! Although, I think my elk tastes better than the turkey.

Perfect Salsa Recipe

This is great salsa recipe. I think it migt be the clinatro or the Italian dressing.

1 can corn-drained
1 can chopped olives- drained
2 bunches green onions-chopped
½ yellow pepper diced
½ to ½ can Jalapeño peppers
7 medium roma tomatoes- chopped
½ bunch cilantro-chopped
1 tlbs lime juice
½ bottle Italian dressing
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients
Chill 2 hours
